David Plunkett

David Plunkett is a Senior Consultant at AFRY Management Consulting since April 2023, specializing in electricity market analysis and long-term price forecasting for South Korea and Taiwan, as well as Japan's flexibility market. Prior to this role, David served as a Senior Associate at ERM, focusing on market analysis for offshore wind development, and at The Carbon Trust, where responsibilities included managing technical working groups and providing policy advisory work for offshore wind stakeholders. David's experience also includes a role as a Graduate Consultant at AtkinsRéalis, concentrating on electricity market regulation and transmission infrastructure. David holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
