David Thomas

David Thomas is a Senior Consultant at AFRY, a position held since September 2016, where prior roles included Consultant and Analyst. From October 2012 to June 2016, David served as a PhD Student at the University of York and the Culham Centre for Fusion Energy, focusing on data analysis, signal processing, and plasma physics, as well as developing image inversion algorithms and collaborating with the York-Princeton scientific community. David also undertook a PhD at the Culham Centre for Fusion Energy during the same period. Earlier, an internship at BP involved research and development in seismic imaging. David holds a Master’s Degree in Physics (MPhys) from the University of Oxford, earned between 2008 and 2012.
