Esa Tepponen

Esa Tepponen is currently a Senior Energy Advisor at AFRY, where they apply their extensive experience in project management and engineering within the energy sector. Previously, Esa held various leadership roles, including Head of Department at Ramboll Finland Oy and Production Director at Lahti Energia Oy. Their project management experience includes overseeing significant power plant projects, such as the Waste to Energy combined heat and power plant. Esa has a Master of Science degree in Energy from Lappeenranta University of Technology, which they are currently pursuing.
