With over 13 years of experience, they have worked in various roles, including Senior Engineer at AFRY and Reta Engenharia, where they manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets. Farlei holds a graduate degree in Maintenance Management and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management from Faculdade do Leste de Minas, expected to complete in July 2025.
