Fernando Leal is an accomplished Project Implementation Manager with a holistic and integrated vision in safety, health, environmental management, quality management, cost management, risk management, and planning. Previously, they held positions as a Quality Engineer at Progen S.A. and a Specialist in Mechanics at FS Bioenergia, where they focused on optimizing mechanical project implementations and ensuring compliance with quality standards. With a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Leste de Minas Gerais, Fernando brings a wealth of experience in managing complex projects and leading strategic initiatives for sustainable results. Currently, they serve as a Construction and Assembly Manager at AFRY, overseeing various aspects of project management, including safety and quality control.
