Frida Åström

Frida Åström is currently the Head of HR Sweden at AFRY, overseeing the HR function for over 8,000 employees and 1,100 managers across various locations. They have a rich background in HR, having served as an HR Consultant at Manpower Sverige, an HR Administrator at Umeå Energi AB, and an HR Specialist at Socialstyrelsen, among other roles. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Umeå University, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to their current position, Frida acted as an HR Business Partner at both ÅF and LloydsApotek, where they provided strategic HR support and managed diverse HR processes.
