Halvard Eiesland is the Seksjonsleder Geoteknikk at AFRY, where they lead initiatives in both land-based and subsea geotechnics. They have extensive experience in geotechnical consulting, including area stability assessments, response spectrum analysis for earthquake evaluations, and the design of piles and mudmats for subsea structures. Previously, Halvard worked as a geotechniker at Multiconsult and held several internships, including with BetonmastHæhre and the Norwegian Armed Forces. Halvard earned a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU).
