Johan P. Wikander is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in hospital management, international business, and communication training. As Group President of Scandinavian Quality Care AB since 2007, Johan leads sustainable healthcare projects across multiple countries, including Russia, Saudi Arabia, China, and Indonesia. Johan founded and presided over a hospital construction and management company, achieving significant milestones such as the first public-private partnership project in healthcare in Russia. In addition to current roles as Director of International Hospitals at AFRY and Business Developer at Mindworkout, Johan previously held leadership positions at Global Hospital GH AB, Bbi Better Business International AB, Belle Travel AB, and EF Education First, consistently delivering notable growth and successful strategic outcomes. Johan holds degrees in International Business Administration and Marketing from Lund University and ESCP, complemented by a mastering in International Management and Marketing.
