Johan Widell

Johan Widell has extensive experience in the construction and project management sectors, beginning as a construction worker at Widell Byggnads AB from January 2003 to December 2005, where responsibilities included renovations of homes, apartments, and stores. Rising through the ranks, Johan served as a site manager during the same period and later progressed to roles such as project manager and group manager at ÅF and Skanska, overseeing multi-family housing renovation and new construction projects. Currently, Johan works as a project leader at AFRY since March 2023, focusing on renovation projects for housing cooperatives and property owners. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in building technology, a magister degree in business administration with a focus on financial and operational management, and a higher education degree in economics, economic history, psychology, and ethics.
