Laila Olsson

Laila Olsson is a generalist with a keen eye for the big picture, currently serving as a project manager at AFRY. With a strong belief in effective leadership as the foundation for successful organizations and projects, Laila aims to foster meaningful contributions to society through strategic leadership and inclusive practices. Previously, Laila worked as a project engineer at Skanska, focusing on project procurement, financial management, and logistics in construction projects. Laila's earlier experience includes serving as a consultant at Ramboll Environment & Health, where they conducted environmental assessments and remediation of contaminated areas. Laila holds a master's degree in environmental measurement and assessment and a civil engineering degree in road and water construction from Chalmers University of Technology.
