Lais Gomes

Lais Gomes is a Payroll Specialist with extensive experience in human resources, having coordinated a team of 20 employees and managed payroll for approximately 7,000 temporary and outsourced workers across Brazil. Lais has a solid background in various aspects of payroll and personnel administration, including the use of RM Labore and Ahgora systems. They hold a degree in Human Resources Management and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology. Currently pursuing a Senior Payroll Certification, Lais has also completed several relevant training courses, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
