Lena Dalenius

Lena Dalenius is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the VP Head of HR Division Infrastructure at AFRY, Lena oversees HR for a division that operates in nine countries with approximately 7,000 employees. Previous positions include SVP Employee Experience and VP HR Operations & Transformation at Pearson, Interim Head of Human Resources at Sinch, and SVP Director HR at NCC. Lena's career also spans significant roles at Telia and Ericsson, where responsibilities included developing HR processes, leading teams, and managing large-scale transformations. Lena holds a Master of Education in Psychology and English from Stockholm University, complemented by diverse studies in law and various educational institutions globally.
