Magnus Ek

Magnus Ek is a seasoned leader and consultant with 30 years of experience in Security, National Security, Risk Management, and Crisis Management. Currently serving as the Lead Expert National Security Advisor at AFRY, Magnus focuses on Information Security and Crisis Management. In previous roles, Magnus has held titles such as Deputy CEO, Chief Security Officer, and Chief Risk Officer at prominent organizations including TeliaSonera and Vattenfall. Magnus has also contributed as Chairman of the Board for Krisinstitutet and has a strong educational background in political science, security, and management from various institutions, including the Swedish Defence University and Handelshögskolan i Stockholm.
