Marcus Holmström

Marcus Holmström has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Marcus started their career at ICA as a Purchasing Manager in 2007. Marcus then worked as a Salesman at ONOFF Sverige AB and as an Event Coordinator at Berntson Brands AB in 2010. In 2011, they served as a Store Manager at SeaLife, Sportmanship AB. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Board of Audit member at Stockholms Nation, Uppsala. In 2012, they joined EY as a Senior Auditor, specializing in Global accounts. Marcus then worked at ÅF, where they held various roles, including International Financial Accountant and Head of Group Treasury. Marcus was later promoted to VP and Head of Finance for the Industry Division and the Industrial & Digital Solutions Division. Marcus played a crucial role in managing finance and ensuring compliance throughout their career.

Marcus Holmström attended Uppsala University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, specializing in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Law. In the fall of 2011, they participated in an exchange semester at the University of Alberta, focusing on Business Economics. Before Uppsala University, they also spent a year (2008-2009) at EF International School in Boston, USA.
