Markus Grip

Markus Grip is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Section Manager for Automotive & Product Design at AFRY, a role held since December 2022, following previous positions including Team Lead for Industrial Design at Vauni AB since 2006 and Head of Brand & Design at BICO from May 2019 to November 2022. Additionally, Markus Grip was Global Head of Design at BICO and served as a jurymember for the Stora Designpriset during 2020. An experienced figure in the industry, Markus Grip also held roles such as Office Manager and Industrial Designer at Semcon from June 2007 to April 2020. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from HDK and preparatory industrial design studies at FIDU, complementing foundational education in the arts at Eskilstuna folkhögskola.
