Mathias Åkerblom

Mathias Åkerblom is a business-driven and people-focused leader with nearly a decade of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and B2B sales. They currently serve as the Head of Talent Acquisition (Global) at AFRY, leading the strategy to attract and retain talent within the consulting sector. Previously, Mathias held the role of CEO at People Experience, where they were responsible for the company's development and sales growth. Their background includes roles in HR administration and recruitment, as well as experience in both client relations and educational management within the human resources field. Mathias pursued their education at Örebro University from 2014 to 2017.
