Mathias Thapper has a solid background in engineering and project management, with over 25 years of experience in the defense and engineering sectors. Mathias began a career at FMV, the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, serving as Uppdragsledare from 1997 to 2007. Since 2007, Mathias has been with AFRY, taking on the role of ILS Manager. Educationally, Mathias earned a Kandidatexamen in Aeronautical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996.
