Michael Troendle is an experienced civil engineer specializing in underground construction and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Teamleiter Untertagbau and Projektleiter at AFRY since October 2019, Michael has been involved in the planning of underground structures for road and rail infrastructure. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Amberg Engineering as a Projektingenieur and Bauleiter, focusing on project planning and management for the maintenance of road and railway tunnels. Michael also gained academic experience as a Hilfsassistent at ETH Zurich, supporting project management lectures, and completed internships at Gruner Gruppe and Implenia where involvement included technical documentation and project acquisition. Michael holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ETH Zurich.
