Michael Wagner is an energy sector leader with over 25 years of experience in delivering results in strategy and innovation. They have held significant roles at Ofgem, where they served as Deputy Director in Gas Networks Price Controls and Hydrogen Strategy, and at AFRY as a Special Advisor focused on the hydrogen economy. Previously, they developed strategic projects at ENGIE and led the European Strategy team at GDF SUEZ Energy International. Michael earned a BSc in Management Science with Computing from The University of Stirling and a PhD in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
