They have worked as a designer at Drawings s.r.o. and as a railway designer and BIM specialist at PRODIN a.s. Michal currently serves as the Hlavní inženýr projektu at AFRY and as an Odborný asistent at Vysoká škola báňská - Technická univerzita Ostrava. They hold degrees in Transport Structures and Municipal Engineering. Passionate about cycling, Michal also enjoys programming in their free time.
