Robert Dolton

Robert Dolton has extensive experience in design management and user experience in various companies. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Jaguar Land Rover as a User Interface Design Manager, leading a creative team in developing intuitive and innovative systems for user controls and graphical interfaces. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Contract Designer at Jaguar Land Rover. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Director of UX/UI and Interim Interior Design Director at GEELY Design UK, where they led the User Experience and Interior Design teams and defined creative strategies for product delivery. Currently, since November 2021, they hold the position of Head of Design for AFRY Experience Studios, overseeing business development, strategy, and creative output for five studios worldwide.

Robert Dolton attended Coventry University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Master of Design (MDes) degree with a focus on Transport Design.
