Robin Welch

Robin Welch currently serves as the Business Development Manager for Digitalization at AFRY, focusing on sales and marketing of digitalization offerings tailored to the Norwegian Process Industry. Prior to this role, Robin worked at Prediktor AS for a decade, first as Business Development Director, overseeing sales and marketing of software for real-time data management in various sectors including Oil & Gas and Manufacturing, and earlier as Corporate Sales Manager for Manufacturing Execution Systems. Previous experience includes a sales management position at Kongsberg Norcontrol IT, specializing in Vessel Traffic Service software for the Oil & Gas sector, and a research scientist role at IFE, developing training simulators and control room environments for the Oil & Gas and Nuclear industries. Robin holds a Master’s degree in Process Engineering from the University of South-Eastern Norway and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Østfold University College.
