Roland Sidler is a seasoned project manager and consultant with extensive experience in various industries, particularly aviation and railways. Currently serving as a Project Manager at AFRY, Roland oversees the migration of airBaltic to new airworthiness software and contributes to the introduction of the European Train Control System (ETCS) for SBB Swiss Federal Railways. Previously, at Acutronic Schweiz AG, Roland successfully developed a data analytics capability for service requirements, and at RUAG, managed a significant transformation program to standardize processes across divisions using SAP S/4 HANA.
