Samu Uusimaa

Samu Uusimaa is a project manager and head designer at AFRY, specializing in road, street, and area design in Tampere. They previously worked as a designer at Sitowise, where they enhanced their expertise in various challenging projects, including several infrastructure improvements throughout Finland. Samu began their career as a guard at Securitas Oy before earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Tampere University of Applied Sciences. In their current role, they oversee projects like the renovation of Enontekiö Airport and the design of urban transit routes.
