Sharon is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at AFRY since July 2022, Sharon leads HR programs that align with business objectives while fostering strong internal partnerships in North America. Prior to this role, Sharon was the Manager of Human Resources at Lucent Health Solutions, Inc., where significant contributions included overseeing compliance during a company merger and establishing the HR department in Wisconsin. Earlier experience as a Human Resource Generalist at MDS Communications Corporation involved promoting a collaborative culture and ensuring legal compliance. Sharon holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Globe University Appleton and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
