Sini Olin serves as the Team Leader for Urban Waters and Climate Change at AFRY since October 2025. Prior to this role, Sini held positions as a Senior Coordinator at the Finnish Environment Institute, focusing on project management and catchment-based water protection from January to September 2025, and as a Senior Specialist at the Ministry of the Environment of Finland, where responsibilities included water management in urban areas and monitoring effectiveness from June 2021 to December 2024. Earlier experience includes working as a Planning Officer for river basin management at the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and Environment, and as a researcher at the Finnish Environment Institute with an emphasis on water management and restoration projects. Sini began professional journey as a Project Assistant at Fish and Water Research Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Limnology from the University of Helsinki and advanced training as a European Scientific Diver from Innofocus.
