Sofia Wigzell

Sofia Wigzell is currently the Group Manager Talent Acquisition at AFRY, where they lead a team focused on enhancing recruitment processes in Sweden. Previously, they served as a Recruitment Partner at AFRY, supporting the Industrial and Digital Solutions Division in talent acquisition. With a foundational role at The Adecco Group as a Functional Analyst, Sofia contributed to the development of a new candidate portal and applicant tracking system. They also held positions in recruitment and HR support at IBM Global Services, Academic Work, and Adecco, building extensive experience in recruitment and candidate management. Sofia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Stockholms universitet.
