Soile Kilpi

Soile Kilpi currently serves as the Head of AFRY Management Consulting North America since November 2019 and is also a Board Member at the U.S. Endowment for Forestry and Communities. Previously, Soile held various leadership roles at Pöyry from 1995 to November 2019, culminating in positions such as Head and Director of Pöyry Management Consulting North America, where responsibilities included business development, team leadership, and project management focused on the forest industry value chain. Earlier career stages included roles as Vice President and Principal, emphasizing market research and large-scale project supervision. Soile holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Business Economics from Aalto University, completed between 1980 and 1987.
