Stefan Kucher

Stefan Kucher, MBA, serves as Director of Operational Services at AFRY since April 2019 and has held multiple leadership roles at Pöyry since December 2012, including Head of Operational Excellence Europe. Kucher has successfully led various operational excellence initiatives across multiple countries, resulting in significant operational savings and enhancements. Notably, Kucher has directed post-merger integration efforts and developed global strategies for major industry players while overseeing business development in Europe and China. Academic contributions as a Lector at the University for Applied Science Wiener Neustadt complement a robust industry background that includes roles at Mondi AG and ASP Consulting, with expertise in efficiency programs and project management in the pulp and paper sector.
