Therese Tillander

Therese Tillander is an experienced professional in the field of environmental sustainability and process engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Smart Solutions Environmental Sustainability at AFRY since October 2020, Therese supports Process Industries customers in their journey towards greater sustainability. Therese has held various leadership roles at AFRY, including Head Of Sustainability BA PIDSE and BU Chef Process Technology Chemical. Previous positions include Section Manager at ÅF and Sektionschef at ÅF Industry, along with a tenure as Chef för service at Babcock & Wilcox Vølund AB, where responsibilities involved personnel management, project leadership, and sales within service operations. Therese began a career in process engineering at Götaverken Miljö AB and Mondi Dynäs. Education includes a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Umeå University, completed in 2002.
