Thommy Nilsson

Thommy Nilsson is currently a Business Unit Manager at AFRY, overseeing a department of CAE engineers specializing in FEM and structural mechanics, as well as CFD and fluid mechanics. Previously, Thommy held various leadership roles, including Business Unit Manager and Vice President positions at Epsilon and ÅF Industry, managing teams ranging from 3 to 30 engineers. Thommy's technical background includes work as a consultant in CAE, structural mechanics, and noise and vibration at ABB Corporate Research AB and 3K Akustikbyrån AB. Thommy earned a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University after completing a high school degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
