Brian Devine

Brian Devine has over 20 years of experience in political technology, working with campaigns, vendors, nonprofits, and unions. They served as Associate Project Director at Luntz Research, where they developed strategic messaging for polling and analysis. As Deputy Digital Director for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, they achieved over 300% ROI on grassroots email acquisitions and contributed to email fundraising strategies. Currently, they hold the position of PAC Systems Manager at AFSCME. Brian is also involved with REPRO Rising Virginia as a member of the Board of Directors.
