At AFT we provide help and assistance to businesses and business owners when they need it most.

Dealing with what can seem to be unsurmountable debt problems can take a heavy toll on a business and the personal life of its directors/partners.

AFT can help relieve some of that burden and our commitment and expertise can make a real difference to the outcome.

Lenders in general enjoy a dominant position in relation to the majority of SME's and there are many examples of this being used to manipulate businesses and business owners to their own advantage.

Unfortunately these failings tend to be ignored resulting in the lender dominating the debt recovery process.

At AFT we are not anti bank but rather we can help redress the balance by providing SME's with access to specialists who have a wide range of banking expertise and business knowledge.

As you would expect the majority of the clients we help fall in to the following categories:

1) Property investors in negative (or insufficient) equity
2) Businesses that are already in the debt recovery process and so may be facing the immediate threat of repossession/sale of assets
3) Businesses that are likely to enter in to the debt recovery process and may be managed within the lenders business support division
4) Business owners who may be being pursued for residual debt or guarantee liabilities
5) Businesses whose debt has been sold (or is in the process of being sold) to venture capitalists

Objectives do of course vary depending on individual circumstances but it is never too late to get in contact - eg

a) At one extreme we have achieved reduced debt settlements for property investors who were being pursued for residual debts following the forced sale of their property portfolio by LPA Receivers
b) At the other extreme we have secured the partial write off of existing bank facilities to enable a trading business to continue

We are always happy to talk on a confidential basis, free and without obligation. Call today on 0177 264 4937.
