Kenny Ludlow

Research Associate, Strategic Campaigns at AFT

Kenny Ludlow is a Research Associate for Strategic Campaigns at AFT since October 2021 and previously held the position of Research Intern. Prior experience includes serving as an Induction Mentor at San Mateo County Office of Education from August 2020 to July 2022 and as an Intervention Specialist and Student Support & Resource Teacher at Fernando Rivera School from July 2018 to July 2020. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s degree in Labor Studies/Union Leadership and Activism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2021-2024), an M.Ed and Teaching Credential in Bilingual Education from Stanford University (2013-2014), and a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College (2009-2013).
