Lance Keas

Lance Keas has worked in the software industry since 2005. Lance began their career at Antares Technology Solutions as a Software Developer / Analyst, where they were responsible for coding and working with clients across the entire development life cycle. In 2010, they moved to Amedisys Home Health & Hospice, where they were the Software Development Manager. Lance's primary responsibilities included software architecture, technical design, development team management, code reviews, and status reporting to project management. In 2015, they joined eQHealth Solutions as an IT Solutions Architect. Most recently, they have been a Senior Software Architect at Afterman Software since 2021.

Lance Keas earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University between 1995 and 1999.
