Mohsen Vafa has over 13 years of professional work experience in the software engineering field. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Lead Developer at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where they led and mentored a developer team to create an enterprise web based software on Azure Cloud Platform with Microservice architecture. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Senior Software Engineer at TECHNOSSUS, and from 2013 to 2016 they were the Lead Application Developer at Word & Brown General Agency, where they were responsible for leading and managing off-shore and on-shore front/back end teams. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Senior .NET Developer at Ava Group Trading Co., Tehran-Iran, where they designed and developed a money exchange service web application. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Senior .Net Developer at Pouiesh Pardaz Avand, and from 2006 to 2009 they were the .Net Developer at Mideast Solutions.

Mohsen Vafa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Maybod Azad University between 2000 and 2004. In 2012, they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Maharishi International University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Microsoft, including a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer - Web Applications in 2013, a Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 Specialist in 2013, and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Developing and Implementing Web Applications With Microsoft Visual C# in 2008.
