Tear Ward

Tear Ward began their work experience in 2003 as a Field Organizer and Union Representative for U Local 880. From there, they worked as a Project Manager and Operations specialist at Tower Automotive. In 2005, Tear became a Recruiter and HR Generalist at Averitt Express Logistics, followed by a role as an HR Generalist at Empire Today. In 2009, Tear became a Recruitment Project Manager at Personified (Career Builder), then transitioned to a role as a Recruiting and Talent Acquisition specialist at Nalco, an Ecolab Company.
