Eric Therese is currently the Responsable RH at AFTRAL, focusing on the recruitment of transport and logistics trainers for the HDF and Normandy regions. With prior experience as an Assistant RH at AFT-IFTIM from 2008 to 2016, Eric managed interim staffing, training plans, payroll, and various administrative tasks. In their current role since 2017, Eric oversees the integration of new employees, collaborates on training needs, and coordinates personnel management in conjunction with the HR department. Eric holds a BTS in Accounting from Jules Uhy, obtained in 1992.
