This is probably the most inspiring time in our history to be in business. We need to mobilise our great minds and all our companies to do the right thing and do it well. It means to be willing to reimagine the way we work, its purpose and impact as well as what we measure and celebrate.

Our purpose is to amplify the private sector’s role to create value for current and future generations, in a holistic and collaborative way. We raise the awareness of leaders and we speed up the creation of future-proof business. We motivate leaders to act and support them and their organisations in all stages of this transformational journey.

The backbone of Afuture is the brain trust. A dynamic, multicultural group of independent international advisors with a global entrepreneurial business network.

We are Milano-based but most of us hail from Sweden. We have built up, over the course of our careers, a deep experience supporting leaders who are ready to work for important change.
