AfyaDX is an AI-powered radiology diagnostic platform built to transform medical imaging across African healthcare systems.
In Rwanda, 11 radiologists serve 14 million people, and a routine scan report can take up to 150 days. AfyaDX exists to close that gap. Our platform integrates artificial intelligence, medical image management, and automated structured reporting into a single streamlined workspace enabling radiologists, clinicians, and hospitals to analyse scans faster, reduce reporting backlogs, and deliver better patient outcomes.

What makes us different is context. We are committed to developing African-trained AI diagnostic models that reflect the disease patterns, imaging environments, and clinical realities of healthcare on the continent not models imported from elsewhere.
Headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda, AfyaDX partners with hospitals, imaging centres, and health systems to make expert-level diagnostic support accessible wherever a scan is taken.
