John Rienzo

John Rienzo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John currently works as the Director of Business Development at A&G Machine Inc. starting in 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Prior to their role at A&G Machine Inc., John worked at PCC AEROSTRUCTURES from 2012 to 2021. John held various managerial positions, including Operations Manager of the Machine Shop from 2018 to 2021, Machine Shop Manager from 2017 to 2018, and Assembly Manager from 2012 to 2017. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing machining and assembly departments, managing personnel, ensuring safety and quality, and meeting delivery schedules.

Before joining PCC AEROSTRUCTURES, John worked as a Department Lead at Primus International, Inc. from 2010 to 2012, where they led the assembly of airframe substructures for major aircraft designers.

John began their career in the US Navy as a Supervisor of Aircraft Structures/Hydraulics Maintenance Center from 2004 to 2009. John also gained experience as a Test & Assembly Technician at Helac Corporation from 2000 to 2004.

John Rienzo obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Green River College from 2009 to 2011, where their degree is unspecified but they pursued General Studies. Additionally, they received several certifications related to their field, including AS9100.D Certified Lead Auditor from Plexus International in 2017. Before pursuing higher education, they completed various training programs at Naval Aviation Maintenance Training Center (NAMTRA) and Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (CNATTU) in different areas related to aircraft maintenance and repair.
