Previous roles include Product Manager at Getac and Acer, where Ruby managed product development processes and coordinated cross-functional teams. With a diverse background in product planning, new product introduction, and project management across various technology sectors, including educational devices and IoT solutions, Ruby has demonstrated expertise in driving product innovation and market strategy. Ruby holds a Master's degree in Technology and Innovation Management from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Information Science from Fu Jen Catholic University.
