Allison Willis

Allison Willis is the Director of Sustainability at Ag Processing Inc., where they lead initiatives to enhance environmental performance and social responsibility within the agribusiness sector. With over 15 years of experience in AGP’s Environmental Compliance Department, they have developed expertise in environmental policy, regulatory reporting, and project permitting. Prior to their current role, Allison served as a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager at AGP and worked as an Operations Manager at ATC Associates. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Biology from Creighton University.
