Grant Hageman

Grant Hageman serves as the Plant Manager for Ag Processing Inc., overseeing a 200 MMGY Soybean Oil Refinery that produces products for both the food and renewable fuels industries. With prior experience in managing a 40 MMGY Soybean Oil Methyl Ester plant, Grant has demonstrated expertise in safety, compliance, production, maintenance, and logistics across multiple operational roles. Responsibilities have included daily plant operations, personnel management, and capital improvement projects, alongside a significant focus on process documentation. In addition to current responsibilities, Grant has experience as a shift supervisor and board member at the South St. Joseph Industrial Sewer District and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
