Katie Twiss has over a decade of experience in various roles focused on marketing, compensation, and development within diverse organizations. Currently serving as a Compensation Specialist at Ag Processing Inc since June 2018, Katie previously held roles that include Information Systems Business Support Specialist and Development Project Specialist at Boys Town, where responsibilities encompassed researching best practices for fundraising, scheduling interviews, and enhancing communication among fundraising professionals. Prior experience includes marketing and advertising coordination at Woodhouse Auto Family, as well as customer relations and support roles at Mangelsons and David's Bridal. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Wayne State College.
