AG Talent Alliance is a specialized recruiting and talent advisory firm focused on Accounting, Finance, and Internal Audit leadership roles.

Founded by Aure Garcia, CPA, a former Big Four professional with more than a decade of experience across external audit, consulting, internal audit, and SOX compliance, the firm brings a practitioner’s perspective to identifying and evaluating high impact finance and audit professionals.

After years of working alongside CFOs, Controllers, and Chief Audit Executives, Aure recognized a recurring challenge. Many organizations struggle to find talent that not only meets the technical requirements of the role but can also operate effectively within complex business environments. Traditional recruiting models often lack the domain expertise required to properly evaluate candidates in highly specialized fields.

AG Talent Alliance was founded to help bridge that gap.

The firm combines deep industry knowledge with a relationship driven approach, helping organizations access professionals with the technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen required to succeed in today’s evolving financial landscape.

AG Talent Alliance supports organizations in building teams across areas including, but not limited to:

• Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Internal Audit and SOX Compliance
• Finance Leadership (Controller, Director, VP, CFO)

Unlike traditional recruiting firms, AG Talent Alliance leverages the founder’s technical accounting background to conduct thoughtful candidate evaluations that help ensure strong long term placements.
