Bala Nagarathnam

Bala Nagarathnam has worked at multiple companies in various roles over the years. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Database Administrator at AIG for a few months. In 2001, they joined MetLife where they held roles such as Project Manager and Director/Database Engineering Specialist until 2014. Bala then moved to UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Director IT until the end of 2017. Since 2018, Bala has been working at Agadia, where they have served in multiple technology leadership roles such as AVP Technology, Vice President of Technology, Head of Technology & Operations, and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer.

Bala Nagarathnam's education history includes a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University. Prior to that, Bala Nagarathnam also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics from the same university. Additionally, Bala Nagarathnam has a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
