Matt Kennedy

Matt Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in design and innovation. Matt is currently the Founder and CEO of Again, a company they founded in March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Venture Design Lead at Founders Factory from January 2020 to March 2021. Matt also served as an Innovation Solutions Lead at Pentland Brands from March 2019 to January 2020, and as an Innovation Product Engineer from November 2015 to March 2019.

Before joining Pentland Brands, Matt worked at Unilever where they held multiple positions including Senior Design Engineer from March 2014 to October 2015, Design Engineer from April 2013 to February 2014, and Packaging Designer from May 2012 to March 2013. Matt also gained experience as a Product Design Engineer (placement) at ISC Climbing from October 2011 to February 2012.

Matt's career started with a design placement at Unilever from October 2010 to February 2011, and a Product Design Internship at REthinkthings from February 2010 to May 2010. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in design, innovation, and leadership roles.

Matt Kennedy attended Calday Grange Grammar School from 2002 to 2009. After completing their secondary education, they went on to study Industrial and Product Design at Bangor University from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in that field of study.
