Agal Wellbeing Services is a UK-based non-profit dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing within the South Asian community. 

We provide free, culturally sensitive counselling and support for individuals who may otherwise face barriers to accessing mental health services. Our work focuses on creating safe spaces where people can speak openly, feel understood, and begin their journey toward healing. Alongside counselling, we engage in community outreach, awareness initiatives, and partnerships that help reduce stigma around mental health in South Asian communities. 

At Agal, we believe wellbeing should be accessible to everyone. Through compassion, cultural understanding, and community support, we aim to ensure that no one has to face their struggles alone.
