Prem Kumar

Prem Kumar has 20 years of experience in Information Technology. Prem began their career in 1992 as a Systems Manager at Infosys. Prem then moved to Wipro Technologies in 1995, where they held roles as a Module Lead, Project Manager, and Program Manager. In 2002, they joined HCL Perot Systems as a Project Manager/Program Manager. In 2003, they worked at Patni Computer Systems Ltd. as a Project Manager/Program Manager, and then joined NIIT Technologies Limited in 2004, where they were responsible for developing Oracle data mart using Informatica and maintenance of Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse. In 2007, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Delivery Program Manager, IT and was responsible for client management, deliveries, and pre-sales. Prem was also responsible for managing a portfolio of 4 programs and a US$ 25 million business. In 2011, they joined Agami Technologies as Director-IT. Prem has leadership capabilities in creating and sustaining multi-geo teams working on various technology stacks and spanning multi-year/multi-million dollar programs. Prem has been instrumental in setting up Offshore Development Centers for various Fortune 50 companies.

Prem Kumar completed an Executive Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2011 to 2012, focusing on General Management. Prem also earned a B.E. in Computer Engineering from MCE Haassan (University of Mysore) between 1987 and 1991.
